Comprehension and Interpretation

This course leads participants to understand and apply, through specific case studies, the main requirements of UNI/EN/ISO 15614-1:2019 ‘Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials – Welding procedure qualification tests – Part 1: Arc and gas welding of steels and arc welding of nickel and its alloys’.

This course can be considered:
An opportunity to understand and prepare yourself to effectively apply the requirements for qualification of procedures / specifications for the fabrication of welded joints, with reference to Directive 2014/68/EU and different Harmonised Standards for the manufacture of pressure equipment.

Note:
Subsequent attendance at the UNI/EN/ISO 9606-1:2017 Understanding and Interpretation course (course code CP-035) may represent the completion of a structured training course, dedicated to all personnel who will have responsibilities for the management of welding activities in the context of the construction of pressure equipment in accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU and/or Harmonised Standards.
