Understand the Requirements NCA 3300 – NCA 4200
for the Material Organization

This course, within the framework of Section III of the ASME Code ‘Rules for Construction of Nuclear Facility Components’, leads participants to understand the requirements specified in sub-articles NCA-3300 and NCA-4200 on Material Organisations.

Understanding these requirements is fundamental for:

  • The implementation of a Quality System Programme consistent with the requirements of Section III by all those organisations (steelmakers, foundries, forges, etc) that are going to operate as Material Organisations i.e. suppliers of materials intended for the construction of components / parts, equipment in accordance with Section III of the ASME Code.
  • The selection of Material organisations and/or Approved Suppliers by all those organisations that are about to embark on the path to obtain ASME Certificate Holder certification for Section III of the ASME Code.
