MOM Certification is mandatory to all pressure equipment exceeding 0.5 bar or 100 bar.
C&P has been authorized to manage the whole process which allow the equipment to be placed in the installation site.
The manufacturer is requested to provide C&P with the following: drawings, calculations, and control and audit plans.
The following construction codes (on their latest applicable revision) are acceptable: ASME, BSI, BS, EN, JIS, DIN Standards and AD2000.
Once the project has been approved, the authorized inspector performs inspections at client’s site as provided by control and audit plan previously approved.
When all inspections are performed and the whole technical documents are reviewed (WPS, PED, WPQ, MTRs, NDE records, etc.), the inspector authorizes the manufacturer to place the nameplate as requested by Workplace Safety and Health Act including all references to the C&P’s job, hardstamp and authorized inspector.
C&P therefore issues the “Original Fabricator Survey Report” useful to place the product on the market.
All documents shall be provided in English.
