This course has been developed to allow participants to acquire, on the basis of what is also provided by the UNI/EN/ISO 19001:2018 “guidelines for management systems audit”, a structured knowledge of audit techniques and the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The staff trained with this course may be a point of reference within their company/organization and/or third-party companies/third-party organizations for implementation processes, measurement and improvement of a quality management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and effective.
